Job summary

Fratello Construction Corp is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead public sector projects from mobilization through closeout. You will drive daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality in accordance with project plans.

This role requires strong experience with government-funded work, reading architectural drawings and schedules, and managing complex site logistics. Competitive compensation is offered within a family-run team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising public sector or government-funded construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage multi-trade crews and subcontractors.
• Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and schedules.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for public sector projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to ensure work is safe, efficient and per plans.
• Coordinate multi-trade scheduling, inspections, and site logistics to prevent delays.
• Conduct daily site walks and monitor workmanship for quality compliance.
• Enforce site safety requirements to meet OSHA and government regulations.
• Maintain daily reports, progress docs, manpower tracking, and safety records.
• Oversee punch lists, inspections, and commissioning for turnover.
