Job summary

EDIFICE Construction in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Project Manager with ground-up and upfit experience to lead public sector projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, procurement, and coordination with public clients and partners.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, 5 years in PM, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A related Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with 5 years in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project phases from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Experience working in occupied facilities and coordinating complex renovation activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
