Job summary

Outside The Box, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee federal construction projects in Charleston, SC. The role requires relocation to the project site, 5–10 years of federal experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

The Project Manager will report to the VP of Construction Operations, lead proposals, estimates, and bid documents, and manage contract awards and project execution with subcontractors and suppliers. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher-level degree required.
• 5–10 years federal construction project experience desired.
• Willing to relocate to project site; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and bid documents for federal projects.
• Estimate projects and manage contract award processes.
• Lead pre-construction planning and project execution from start to closeout.
• Direct teams including subcontractors and labor resources to ensure quality and safety.
