Qualifications

• Proven delivery of class/comp projects for Oregon and/or Pacific Northwest public sector.
• Ability to serve as named SME / project partner with written references.
• Experience in job evaluation, pay structure, and market studies.
• Comfort with contract- or project-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or co-deliver classification and compensation studies for OR/PNW public entities.
• Lead job evaluation, market studies, and pay-structure recommendations.
• Prepare clear, actionable public-sector recommendations for stakeholders.
• Engage clients and contribute to proposals with past-performance input.
• Present Oregon/PNW insights to AlphaGov proposals when permitted.
