Job summary

Google is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer (infrastructure migrations) to lead migration strategy for enterprise workloads, including VMware ecosystems, across public sector clients. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to accelerate technical wins and craft TCO/ROI scenarios while aligning with security and compliance requirements.

You will guide pilot migrations, proofs of concept, and demonstrations, and help customers modernize large legacy environments with Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years designing migration strategies and cloud migrations.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design migration architecture for enterprise workloads incl. VMware.
• Assist account teams with solution design, planning and estimation.
• Size architecture and migration costs, including licensing and traffic.
• Collaborate with product teams on architecture and roadmaps.
