Job summary

Rescale is seeking a Customer Success Engineer, Public Sector in the US. You will lead and own technical engagements with Public Sector customers, serving as the trusted technical advisor and guiding deployments, training, and ongoing support.

You will work with customers to migrate workloads from on-prem to the cloud, craft digital transformation strategies, and present solutions at events. A background in engineering/CS and 2+ years in customer-facing roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in defense/public sector is required.
• Empathy-driven customer solutions.
• 2+ years in software/hardware/cloud in a customer-facing role.
• US Person required.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a trusted technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with customers.
• Lead technical activities from deployment, to lunch and learn, to user training and support.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect to plan and execute deployment of Rescale solutions.
• Analyze customers' needs, their current infrastructure, operations, and workflows.
• Onboard new customer workflows and grow Rescale footprint.
• Gain deep knowledge of customer HPC workflows and environments.
• Help customers define and execute digital transformation strategy to migrate workloads to the cloud.
• Present Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, and webinars.
