Job summary

Rescale is hiring a Customer Success Engineer for the Public Sector in the United States. You will lead and own technical engagements with named Public Sector customers, acting as their trusted technical advisor and guiding deployments from planning to training.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to optimize workloads, understand customer workflows, and drive digital transformation to the cloud.

Qualifications

• Experience with defense or public sector projects is essential.
• Strong customer-obsessed mindset and ability to translate tech into business value.
• Must have 2+ years in a customer-facing software/hardware/cloud role.

Responsibilities

• Own technical engagements with Public Sector customers.
• Lead deployment activities, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to plan and execute deployments.
