Job summary

Rescale seeks a Customer Success Engineer in the United States to serve as the trusted technical advisor for named customers. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver the best cloud HPC experience and to migrate workloads from on-prem to the cloud.

You will lead deployment, training, and support activities, while collaborating with Solutions Architects to plan and execute successful deployments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing software/hardware/cloud experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, math or physics or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in the U.S. as a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted technical advisor for named customers.
• Lead deployment, training, and support activities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects on deployments.
• Analyze customer needs and current infrastructure.
