Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a full-time in-office role in San Diego County. You will manage participant plans, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with program regulations while coordinating with county partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customer relationship or case management, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. PCG offers medical/dental, 401k, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-year degree with 2 years sales/client accounts exp. may be considered in lieu of 4-year degree.
• 2–4 years of customer relationship management or case management experience.
• Must reside in San Diego County.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops plans for participants, including work activities and training programs.
• Monitors participants progress and ensures compliance with program requirements.
• Notifies county specialists of non-compliance and updates client case files.
• Maintains knowledge of procedures, resources, and community programs.
• Builds professional relationships with agencies and the public.
