Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is hiring in El Cajon, CA for a full-time on-site role in our Human Services team. You will design participant plans, assess barriers, determine eligibility for services, and monitor progress to help clients meet outcomes.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree and CRM/case management experience; strong communication and confidentiality are essential. PCG offers medical/dental benefits, 401k, PTO and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-year degree plus 2 years of experience may be considered.
• 2- to 4-year CRM or case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops plans for participants, including work activities and educational programs.
• Conducts assessments for barriers and skills.
• Determines eligibility and need for supportive services (child care, transportation, ancillary services).
• Manages participant progress by creating and updating plans.
• Assists participants in developing vocational goals.
• Monitors monthly progress to ensure compliance with program regulations.
