Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree.
• Three+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, or public accounting.
• Experience with public procurement and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and administer fiscal and inventory functions.
• Act as full-line supervisor for subordinate staff.
• Develop and manage the department’s operational budget.
• Oversee procurement of property, equipment, and supplies and bid processes.
• Prepare financial statements and GAAP fund package reports.
• Ensure compliance with State Property Control Act and agency policies.
