Elk County Children & Youth Services seeks a Fiscal Technician to support accurate financial reporting, contract review, and budget development. The role involves coordinating with caseworkers, supervisors, and other partners to ensure compliant accounting practices.

This full-time position requires attention to detail, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and adherence to pay and audit requirements. Telework is not available, and standard hours apply.

Qualifications

• One year as Fiscal Assistant or three years in fiscal records management with accounting principles.
• Residency requirements for PA jurisdiction and ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and pass drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Examine contracts and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Submit invoices for county, state, and federal reimbursement.
• Review county audits and participate in the auditing process.
• Contribute to county and state budget preparation and development.
• Coordinate with caseworkers, supervisors, and other entities.
