EY Government & Public Sector Assurance is seeking a Manager to help drive growth and deliver quality assurance services to federal, state, local, and education clients. You’ll partner with clients, manage teams, and apply accounting and auditing expertise to complex engagements.

You will build relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to innovative solutions while navigating regulatory frameworks and EY service lines. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; about 5 years of related work experience.
• U.S. CPA license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.
• Excellent project management and written/verbal communications.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for federal work and up to 80% for state/education work.

• Lead fieldwork and supervise assurance staff performance.
• Explain complex accounting and auditing concepts to clients.
