Job summary

Scale is seeking a Public Sector Delivery leader to drive AI/ML initiatives for government customers. You will triage issues, apply analytics, and build scalable solutions that deliver outsized value.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on technical background in CS/Engineering. Expect collaboration across engineering, product, and operations with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; Full Scope Polygraph a plus.
• 3+ years in stakeholder facing roles or customer-facing delivery.
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML operations and analytics-driven problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and transform technical and operational challenges for Public Sector clients.
• Create solutions from scratch or improve existing ones using data and analytics.
• Align internal resources to deliver AI/ML value to government customers.
• Transition AI/ML technologies into working Public Sector products.
• Partner with engineers and operations to deliver tailored AI systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to exceed customer AI/ML objectives.
