Responsibilities

Assessment & Discovery: Lead client discovery sessions and structured assessments to evaluate readiness for AI adoption.
Roadmap Development: Design phased AI implementation roadmaps aligned with missions, budgets, and compliance.
Architecture & Strategy: Outline high-level AI architectures and secure data pipelines with technical teams.
Business Case Creation: Develop rigorous ROI models and risk mitigation strategies for enterprise AI.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead workshops across departments to bridge technical and business perspectives.
