Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Public Sector with a security clearance. You will own the technical relationship, map customer problems to Cohere solutions, and drive PoCs that demonstrate platform value.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance required for the role.
• 5+ years in public sector technical pre/post sales as a Solutions Architect (or similar).
• 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and understanding of LLM strengths/ weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical talk track on customer calls and engagements.
• Perform deep dives into customer problems and Cohere technology.
• Design enterprise solutions with cutting-edge NLP capabilities.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and PoCs showcasing value.
• Build scalable processes for the Solutions Architect team.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align to customer needs.
• Develop relationships with partners to enable customer success.
