Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and hands-on technical delivery.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience building with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI use cases and design end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and maintain agents and automations for client delivery and internal operations.
• Produce data flow diagrams, process maps, and architecture diagrams.
• Develop AI roadmaps, readiness assessments, and governance for public-sector projects.
• Write business requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
