The ideal candidate combines business analysis discipline with hands-on AI fluency, focusing on evaluation results, prompts, and tradeoffs for performance, cost, and explainability in a public-sector setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or Consultant.
• Experience translating complex needs into structured deliverables.
• Client-facing experience in requirements sessions and workshops.
• Working knowledge of basic statistics and evaluating results.
• Hands-on experience iterating prompts for LLM-based systems.
• Working knowledge of AI systems, architectures, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead client requirements sessions.
• Translate policy and operational workflows into structured requirements.
• Bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and evaluation test sets.
• Analyze evaluation results to identify performance gaps.
• Iterate prompts and instructions to address root causes.
• Collaborate with technical leads on tuning cycles.
• Support program operations to scale delivery.
