Responsibilities

• Lead product envisioning with clients in labor, commerce or higher-ed policy.
• Define product scope, requirements and technical documentation.
• Direct IPS development teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage product backlog and coordinate with platform engineering.
• Create journey maps for data use, reporting and labor law processes.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to release.
