Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in an accounting-related field or four years of combined education/experience.
• Knowledge of government accounting, budgeting laws, and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review financial information for compliance with laws and budgets.
• Assist in budget preparation, analysis, and adjustments.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports and statements.
• Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for supported areas.
• Assist staff with accounting procedures and interpret financial data.
