Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking an Account Executive for the Public Sector in South Florida. This field-based role covers Weston and surrounding areas, with local travel and regular in-office collaboration in Weston, FL.

You will identify, qualify, and close new business, build a robust pipeline, and partner with internal teams to drive revenue growth and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Demonstrated relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience or aptitude in consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution recommendation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• New Account Acquisition: identify, prospect, and close new business in the local market.
• Relationship Building & Market Development: build relationships and forecast activity.
• Territory & CRM Management: plan territory and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
• Sales Leadership & Collaboration: share best practices with internal teams to drive sales success.
