Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training or related field.
• Five years of leadership experience in training and development, preferably in a large department.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience under the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management to implement organizational goals and initiatives.
• Leads planning of events and training for public safety personnel and stakeholders.
• Manages training records, LMS and attendance data; ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Revises SOPs and coordinates with stakeholders on policy and training solutions.
