Job summary
City of Stamford is seeking a technically skilled professional to support the Emergency Communications Center (ECC) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC). You will maintain public safety workstations, CAD, GIS/mapping, and related mission-critical systems, ensuring readiness for drills and real incidents.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent in IT/related field with 2+ years in technical support or related IT services.
- Experience supporting CAD, GIS, NG911, and public safety tech is preferred.
- Background in 24/7 mission-critical environments and CJIS security requirements is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical and operational support for ECC/EOC workstations, CAD, GIS, and related systems.
- Coordinate with CSC and vendors on project work and routine maintenance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Assist with EOC readiness, drills, and continuity activities.
