Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Systems Analyst II for a remote-with-travel role supporting public safety software deployments. The position requires extensive travel (up to 50%) across North America and the ability to obtain required government clearances.

W2 candidates only will be considered for this role. The candidate will manage deployment processes, conduct discovery activities, document findings, and lead training and UAT efforts to ensure successful software implementation and client

Qualifications

• Experience in Public Safety, CAD, RMS or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Security clearance requirement or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and implementation of client public safety software suites.
• Document findings from discovery activities and interviews.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training and UAT activities.
• Communicate requirements between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support project delivery within scope and budget.
