Join this exemplary and dedicated team!Preferred qualifications Public Safety Systems Analyst:Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science or analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or business administration, or related field.Demonstrated ability to develop logical research methods, perform analysis, and produce detailed reports and methodology documents.Prior experience as a Paramedic, EMT, or other experience within an EMS, police, fire, or 911/emergency communications department.Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) and in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).Knowledge of the National Emergency Medical Services Information System (NEMSIS) and with industry standard electronic patient care records software.Experience using advanced data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence software, including Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft Power BI and Report Builder, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Reporting ServicesCritical Criteria:1. Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting Tool Proficiency:Experience with advanced analytics or business intelligence platforms, such as:Esri ArcGISMicrosoft Power BI / Report BuilderMicrosoft SQL Server / SQL Reporting Services2.
