Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Project Sales Engineer to deliver end-to-end system solutions for evaluating mobile video, LPR, and digital evidence management software. You will work with project management and sales to ensure successful evaluations so customers can operate MSI products effectively.

The role emphasizes strong technical presentations to both C-Level and frontline decision makers, with up to 50% travel in the US and a base salary range of $65,000–$75,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills with knowledge of IP networking, protocols and security.
• Self-motivated with passion for technology and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deploy necessary networking equipment on customer networks.
• Provide customer support for deployed evaluations of installed systems.
• Create and deliver collateral including training materials, how-to videos, and technical documentation.
• Review evaluation deployment processes to ensure world-class solutions.
• Act as a conduit for feedback from customers to product management and marketing.
• Engage with sales team to provide technical solutions to external stakeholders.
• Deliver world-class product training and demonstrations to C-Level and frontline decision makers.
• Stay current on MSI products, services, and relevant certifications.
