Motorola Solutions, based in Richmond, VA, seeks a Project Sales Engineer to deliver end-to-end system solutions for evaluating mobile video, LPR, and digital evidence management software. You will partner with project management and sales to ensure successful evaluations that empower customers to operate MSI products effectively, driving sales and cultivating strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Pre Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Public Safety.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to varied audiences.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, security, and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deploy networking equipment on customer networks.
• Provide customer support for evaluated systems.
• Create and deliver training materials, how-to videos, and technical documentation.
• Review evaluation deployment processes to ensure world-class solutions.
• Act as a conduit for customer feedback to product/marketing/engineering.
• Engage with sales to provide technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to C-Level and frontline decision makers.
• Stay current on MSI products and related technologies through training and certifications.
• Set up and demonstrate the MSI ecosystem of video-centric solutions (LPR, in-car, body cam).
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
