Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Governance lead across PSCS portfolio ensuring consistency, quality, and efficient delivery.
• Lead proposal development including content strategy, compliance, and timelines.
• Coordinate multi-project oversight, manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage internal staff and SMEs across projects and pursuits.
• Engage stakeholders and support client onboarding, meetings, and communications.
• Develop client deliverables with quality assurance.
