WellSpan Health in Ephrata, PA is seeking a sworn law enforcement professional to provide security across facilities. This full-time role operates 3:00pm–11:00pm, totaling 80 hours biweekly, with every other weekend and holidays required.

You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, document findings, coordinate with public safety partners, and support patients, visitors, and staff. Required training and licenses are listed in the qualifications.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Criminology, Public Safety Administration or related field. Required.
• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• 3 years law enforcement or public safety experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigations related to criminal activity, safety incidents, and violations on WellSpan property.
• Enforce laws, regulations, and policies, including taking enforcement actions and initiating arrests when authorized.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports and documentation related to incidents, investigations, and enforcement actions.
• Maintain custody, handling, and documentation of evidence per procedures.
• Operate law enforcement and security equipment required for duties.
• Provide assistance to patients, visitors, and team members during operations and emergencies.
• Participate in training and certification to maintain sworn status and readiness.
• Coordinate with internal public safety partners and external agencies during incidents.
