The Public Safety / Security Manager will assist the Director of Plant Operations by supervising and directing the operation of the Security Department. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day supervision of security staff, ensuring compliance with all requirements, regulations, and documentation, and securing the safety of patients, visitors, staff, building, and property. The manager will investigate and report on security incidents such as assaults, thefts, and property damage, assist staff with handling combative persons, and maintain communication with local law enforcement agencies.
