Responsibilities

• Perform security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual rounds.
• Coordinate facility response to potential problems affecting patients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring equitable enforcement.
• Follow guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace and environment of care.
• Collaborate with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety.
• Participate in employee awareness and education initiatives.
• Drive as needed for company business.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Training:

1. Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred.
2. State Guard Certification Registration Card.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Facility Specific Requirements:

1. State driver’s license upon hire.
2. Current DMV H6 report or driving history report.
