Job summary

You will facilitate task setup, track progress, and update weekly milestones while coordinating with stakeholders for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include change control governance, risk assessment, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

Organize, implement and maintain the scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
Log project timelines and maintain a master, integrated schedule.
Develop and update weekly short interval/upcoming milestone schedule.
Define and implement change control management processes and governance.

Responsibilities

Roll up individual project plans into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide summary visuals for coordination and reporting.
Interact with project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
Evaluate schedule progress and risks, identifying variances from baselines and recommending actions.
Ensure risk information from Change Board is captured and acted upon across the program.
Perform special projects and initiatives as assigned.
