• Lead and oversee security personnel patrolling CW facilities and grounds.
• Plan work schedules and assign staff to posts.
• Train staff and escalate performance issues to the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Security Dispatchers and monitor cameras and alarms.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Provide liaison with external agencies and participate in Emergency Coordination Plan.
