Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary coursework in criminal justice preferred.
• Three years security experience with leadership in healthcare, corporate security, law enforcement or military.
• Current DAAT or DTS training within 3 months of hire.
• IAHSS Advanced Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee security staff patrolling CW facilities and grounds during shifts.
• Plan schedules and assign posts to ensure coverage.
• Train staff and provide performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Security Dispatch and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement.
• Participate in Emergency Coordination Plan activations.
