Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a security professional to augment the leadership team, provide shift leadership, and train security staff. The role involves patrolling facilities, handling emergent and routine calls, de-escalation, and, if needed, restraining disruptive individuals.

You will also lead incident investigations and documentation. Requirements include IAHSS Basic certification within 3 months, DTS certification within 3 months, and a high school diploma or GED; 2+ years of security

Competenze

• Requires IAHSS Basic certification within 3 months of hire or promotion.
• Requires Defensive Tactics for Security (DTS) certification within 3 months of hire or promotion.
• High School graduate or GED or HSED.
• Post high school coursework in criminal justice or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs shift activity in the absence of or with Supervisor/Lead Officers.
• Trains and develops security staff; delivers training programs.
• Patrols facilities and grounds; responds to emergencies and calls for service.
• Investigates incidents and documents reports; interviews witnesses and suspects.
• Assists Security Dispatchers; operates alarms, cameras, and parking enforcement.
