Job summary

The City of Fort Worth Police Department's Technology Services Section seeks a Business Process Manager to lead technology planning, management, and admin tasks for 2,300+ employees across 100+ systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in IT/communications, and 2+ years supervisory experience. Travel across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/IT field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, security, and/or computer operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Technology Services.
• Assist in inventory management and replacement scheduling of Police Department equipment.
• Provide proactive IT support to internal and external customers.
• Support 24/7 departmental operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CJIS, Homeland Security & HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate contracts and serve as Contract Manager for police IT contracts.
