Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years computer systems experience in Applications, Database, Desktop, GIS, Network, Security, Server, or Web Support.
• Background investigation and security clearance procedures required before employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform work on multiple assignments such as configuration, integration, development, testing, and resolution of problems for systems.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and follow guidelines in escalation of hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Coordinate and mentor staff and participate in small‑to‑medium projects.
