Job summary

Parr Public Safety Equipment in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Outside Sales representative to grow our uniforms and body armor business across Southern Ohio. You will identify customer needs, demonstrate products, manage fittings, prepare quotes, and drive territory growth.

This role operates from our Southern Ohio facility and travels regularly to police, fire, and EMS agencies. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of outside sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout Southern Ohio regularly.
• Experience selling uniforms, body armor, law enforcement equipment, or public safety products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with public safety agencies and municipal customers.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities throughout Southern Ohio.
• Present and demonstrate uniform and body armor products to customers.
• Conduct equipment evaluations, sizing, and fitting appointments.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses.
• Manage customer orders from initial contact through delivery.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and territory growth objectives.
