Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and transmit emergency and law enforcement communications using multi-band radio, teleprocessing, 911 networks and related systems.
• Coordinate emergency communications during public safety incidents and national alert systems.
• Answer inquiries and transmit orders to coordinate dispatching of law enforcement and emergency personnel.
• Maintain records of radio transmissions and ensure proper documentation.
