• Familiarize with Dispatch/Switchboard Manual and resources.
• Acknowledge and forward severe weather reports.
• Answer Work Order Center calls and notify officers as instructed.
• Provide back up for the Public Safety Dispatcher.
• Issue ID/access control cards for students and employees.
