Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years emergency Telecommunicator experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• EMD/EPD/EFD certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise telecommunicator shifts and ensure call taking metrics.
• Operate and troubleshoot CAD, E911, and radio systems daily.
• Coordinate dispatches and resource coverage for EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for performance and compliance.
• Interact with local agencies and media as needed.
