Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Public Safety, Emergency Management, Education, or related field.
• Three years of experience in public safety including Clery Act compliance administration and Title IX.
• Three years experience creating and delivering training, and/or program management.
• Experience managing projects or compliance initiatives.
• Experience preparing federally required compliance reports.
• Ability to travel between campuses and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the College's primary coordinator for Clery Act compliance activities and coordinate implementation of policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures, and provide guidance to campus departments.
• Assist with internal and external audits and drive process improvements to strengthen compliance.
• Maintain Clery records and incident classifications for timely reporting.
• Coordinate CSA training and deliver mandatory training and communications to CSAs.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and distribution of the Annual Security Report (ASR).
• Collaborate with Emergency Management for timely warning compliance and exercise documentation.
• Administer Youth Protection Program and coordinate training and background screenings.
