Qualifications

• Demonstrated CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead experience in public-sector or enterprise environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute the CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead scope for the CAD System Replacement Project, including testing scenarios, dispatcher UAT, defect controls, training, go-live readiness and evidence collection.
• Complete audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessments.
• Develop curriculum map, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedule.
