Mark43 is seeking a Product Manager for the CAD team to shape systems used by dispatchers and first responders during critical moments.

You will own and evolve key CAD areas, drive products from idea to launch, and lead initiatives across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. The role emphasizes execution, ambiguity management, and delivering impactful public-safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own products or significant product areas end-to-end.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and through ambiguity.
• Ability to step into existing initiatives and provide leadership to move them forward.
• Strong judgment balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for one or more CAD platform areas.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate complex problems into intuitive product experiences.
• Work with dispatchers, supervisors, and technology leaders to understand workflows and identify improvements.
• Evaluate opportunities, technologies, and customer needs to create meaningful value for public safety agencies.
• Use product analytics and customer feedback to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and customer success to launch capabilities and drive adoption.
