Job summary

Qualifications

• Typing speed 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task under high-stress conditions.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephones including E-911 lines.
• Dispatch and deploy public safety units for police, fire, and EMS.
• Provide pre-arrival emergency medical instructions when certified.
• Operate multi-channel public safety radio system and access CAD systems.
• Document all activity in CAD and communicate clearly with responders.
