Job summary

Springfield is seeking a Revenue Associate Program Manager to lead complex revenue programs and financial initiatives that support the community’s services. You will bring financial expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to a role with meaningful impact across the City.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in revenue administration, helping ensure revenue is collected accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, public administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering, monitoring, and evaluating revenue collection programs.
• Municipal government finance experience preferred.
• Project management experience: budgeting, planning, execution, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex revenue programs and financial initiatives that support city services.
• Serve as subject matter expert in revenue administration to ensure accurate, compliant revenue collection.
• Influence design and delivery of revenue programs from forecasting to collection strategies, stakeholder education, and vendor oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
