Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Public Relations & Communications Business Partner to lead strategic communications, shape messaging, and elevate our brand and community impact.

You will advise leaders, partner with executives, and manage internal and external communications plans across departments, while building relationships with media and community partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: Six years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare or health system communications experience preferred.
• Experience advising leaders and managing complex communications challenges.
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills.

The Public Relations & Communications Business Partner supports the organization’s mission, vision, values, goals and initiatives by collaborating with department leadership to manage public relations and communications strategies, projects and initiatives. The role works with peers and designated others such as population health area or site leadership to implement integrated public relations and internal and external communications plans including measurement and reporting for all customer groups.

• Experience advising leaders, building stakeholder relationships, and managing complex communications challenges.

• Experience supporting reputation management, community engagement, and crisis or issues response efforts.

• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messages.
