Job summary

Maricopa County's Real Estate Department seeks a Real Property Specialist to manage County real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, licenses, and related agreements for multiple departments. You will research property and agreement information, draft and process documents, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in real estate, property management, right of way acquisition or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field.
• A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain County real estate records and agreement data in the Land Management System, OnBase, and other repositories.
• Draft, review, revise, and process leases, licenses, amendments, and real estate documents.
• Perform transaction and records administration, including data entry and imaging of records.
• Review and abstract leases, licenses, and other real estate agreements for terms and obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
