Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Public Administration, or closely related field.
• Six years of professional experience in real estate activities.
• Directly related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee disposition of City property interests, encroachments, leases, and acquisitions of land and/or property rights for public/private projects.
• Supervise and coordinate real estate activities, providing guidance and project management oversight.
• Develop and review offer packages, purchase agreements, and counteroffers; draft RCAs for real estate transactions.
• Evaluate and monitor real estate files, including appraisals and legal documents, for active projects.
• Coordinate relocation assistance for property owners displaced by acquisitions.
• Manage third-party consultants and ensure timely project closures.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly status reports for the section manager.
