Job summary

The State of Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation, Airports Division is seeking a Property Manager to independently manage real properties and facilities in the airport system.

This position requires a bachelor's degree and 1.5 years of progressive property management experience, with substitutions allowed. A pre-employment fingerprint check and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1.5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management.
• Substitutions allowed as described in the minimum qualification requirements.
• Pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history check for SIDA clearance in relevant positions.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; and performs other related duties as required.
